Oil free medium and high pressure air compressor

The motor directly drives the compressor, causing the crankshaft to rotate, driving the connecting rod to make the piston reciprocating, causing the cylinder volume to change. Due to the change of the pressure in the cylinder, the air is allowed to enter the cylinder through the air filter (muffler) through the air inlet valve. During the compression stroke, due to the reduction of the cylinder volume, the compressed air flows through the exhaust valve, through the exhaust pipe, the one-way valve (check valve), and enters the air reservoir. When the exhaust pressure reaches the rated pressure of 0.7MPa, it will be automatically stopped under the control of the pressure switch. When the pressure of the air tank drops to 0.5-0.6MPa, the pressure switch is automatically connected and started.
