The working principle of an oil-free scroll air compressor
The oil-free scroll air compressor is made by meshing the dynamic and static scroll disks of two two-function equation lines. In the process of suction, compression and exhaust, the static disk is fixed on the frame, and the moving disk is driven by an eccentric shaft and constrained by the anti-rotation mechanism, and rotates around the center of the base circle of the static disk to make a small radius of plane rotation. The gas is sucked into the periphery of the static disk through the air filter element, and as the eccentric shaft rotates, the gas is gradually compressed in several crescent-shaped compression chambers composed of the dynamic and static disk phagocytosis, and then continuously discharged from the axial hole of the central part of the static disk.
